Dust-free discharge station is a kind of feeding equipment, which is suitable for unpacking,
feeding, screening and unloading of small and medium-sized bag
materials in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and metallurgical
industries, especially for manual feeding and pre-screening of
powder materials.

Product features
1. The dust-free feeding station is suitable for the feeding of
ovens, freeze-dried raw materials, bagged materials and barreled
raw materials.
2. Simple and convenient operation, high cost performance, with
dust collection, so that dust no longer fly.
3. The equipment of dust-free feeding station consists of auxiliary
feeding, bag opening, unloading, gloves, visual glass, flow aid,
roller table and other humanized structures, easy to operate and
high degree of automation.
4. The equipment of the dust-free feeding station can be combined
with the equipment of vibrating screen and vacuum charging machine.
5. Unique design of double filter element, pulse type vacuum
backblowing/fan dust removal structure, completely solve the dust

Dust-free discharge station can be connected to rotary discharge valve, butterfly valve,
cartridge valve, powder metering valve, vacuum feeding machine,
vacuum conveyor, screw conveyor, vibrating screen, bin, hopper,
reversing valve and other equipment.
Supporting use

design, to achieve 100% isolation of dust and gas from the
operator.

valve and other uniform discharge.
