Ribbon mixer is a dry powder mixer with horizontal structure. The mixer has good mixing effect and more advantages than the vertical mixer, so it is widely used. Woking principle

Ribbon mixer is composed of driving mechanism, "u" type simplified, screw belt mixing mechanism, machine cover, bracket and discharging mechanism. The motor drives the screw belt mixing mechanism to rotate through the reducer, on the one hand, the material moves up and down, on the other hand, because of the advantages of the characteristics of the screw make the material internal and external convection, to achieve the purpose of full mixing, it has three kinds of standard mixing design a continuous screw belt, broken screw belt and blade, respectively according to the center or bottom discharge requirements to choose.
