High-frequency vibration screen, also known as high frequency
filter screen, it is a high frequency, low amplitude of the
material dehydration classification equipment, by the shaker, pulp
distributor, screen frame, frame, suspension spring and screen
components. It uses 2 high frequency vibration motor, vibration
frequency is 50 Hertz, motor speed is 3000 times/min, through the
high frequency vibration power to break the tension of its viscous
glaze and fast sieve, vibration strength is 2-3 times of the
ordinary vibrating screen, suitable for high viscosity slurry
material.
Purpose of use:
solid-liquid separation: high frequency screen can effectively deal
with solid mixed materials, fast realization of solid-liquid
separation, and filter out different mesh number of materials.
Impurity removal: High frequency filter screen can remove
impurities in a large number of liquid materials, so as to achieve
rapid separation.

Working principle
The principle of High-frequency vibration screen is different from that of ordinary screening equipment. It destroys
the surface tension and adhesion between particles through high
frequency vibration of pulp, which can reduce the agglomeration
force between fine grained materials, quickly realize the loose and
stratified materials, and increase the chance of fine grained
through screening. And through high frequency vibration can
increase the contact between the material and the screen surface,
reduce the situation of sieve plugging, increase the probability of
penetration.
