The material is evenly fed into the feed port of the screening machine by the feeder (screw conveyor, conveying screw or vertical conveyor belt). After the helical blades are pushed into the conveying screen, the rotor (fluidization bar) is stirred at a constant speed, so that the material forms a centrifugal suspension and continuously hits the screen, and the fine powder is discharged through the screen pipe (fixed grid or rotating grid). In the process of cyclone screening, the coarse material (block) can be crushed after hitting and then the qualified product will fall into the fine material bin through the mesh and be discharged, and the coarse material will be discharged from the coarse material port at the end.
