3. The bearing of V-type mixer is overheated. When the bearing is poorly lubricated, damaged or the main shaft is bent, the rotor is seriously unbalanced, and the belt is too tight, the bearing will overheat. You can add and replace lubricating oil, replace bearings, main shafts, balance rotors, and adjust belt tightness to restore the bearings to normal conditions.

4. The main reasons for low production efficiency are insufficient power of V-type mixer motor, improper preparation of belt pulley, belt slipping, severe wear of hammer, uneven feeding or high water content of raw materials

5. The V-type mixer is difficult to start and cannot be started. The main reason is that the V-type mixer is not connected to the power supply and lacks phase. It is necessary to check the circuit.
