The 25KG powder packaging machine is suitable for various powdered
materials and enables 25-kilogram quantitative bagging operations.
Constructed primarily from 304 stainless steel, the machine
features high-precision weighing, automatic material discharge, and
automatic sealing functions. It can be equipped with a dust
collection system to suppress dust dispersion, effectively
improving workshop conditions. The equipment operates stably and is
compatible with chemical powders, food ingredients, building
materials, feed powders, and other similar materials. It supports
automatic packaging of open bags, offering simple operation and
convenient maintenance. This significantly enhances packaging
efficiency and reduces manual feeding errors, making it widely used
in powder production lines.
Working Principle
The equipment is preset with a target weight of 25kg. The materials
are conveyed by a screw conveyor into the metering bin. First,
coarse feeding is carried out, followed by fine feeding. The
weighing sensor continuously monitors the weight. Once the set
value is reached, the feeding stops automatically. The powder falls
into the packaging bag. The dust removal device simultaneously
suppresses dust. After the discharging is completed, the bag is
sewn, achieving precise and quantitative filling of the powder.
