Product description
The planar cyclone screen is an efficient equipment that performs
screening through horizontal cyclone motion. It has a compact
structure, stable operation, and low noise, effectively preventing

equipment can achieve the separation of multiple particle sizes
simultaneously through multiple layers of screens, featuring high
screening accuracy, large processing capacity, good sealing

Working principle
When the equipment is started, the drive mechanism drives the
entire sieve box to perform a smooth circular rotation. The
materials placed on the sieve mesh move along with it. Under the
combined effect of centrifugal inertial force, frictional force of
the sieve surface, and the self-weight, the material particles move
orderly along the spiral path from the center to the edge of the
sieve surface. During this process, the fine particles with
qualified sizes obtain sufficient opportunities for sieving due to
continuous rolling and scattering, and quickly pass through the
sieve holes to complete the separation; the unqualified coarse
particles are transported along the spiral path to the discharge
outlet at the edge of the sieve surface. This unique movement
pattern realizes the uniform dispersion and gentle sieving of the
materials on the sieve surface.
