Product description

The rotary vibrating screen is a high-precision fine powder screening equipment, which is widely used in various industries such as chemical engineering, food, and medicine.
It is mainly used for the classification, impurity removal and filtration of powder and granular materials, featuring high screening accuracy, large processing capacity and low operating noise. The screen mesh replacement operation is convenient, and an ultrasonic system can be added to deal with easily agglomerated materials, enabling it to flexibly meet the needs of different production scenarios.

Working principle
The motor drives the two eccentric blocks to rotate, generating centrifugal force; this centrifugal force is converted into vibration energy, which is transmitted to the sieve box through the spring shock absorption system; the sieve box produces three-dimensional vibrations (horizontal, vertical, and inclined); the materials perform a throwing and rotating motion on the sieve surface, with fine particles passing through the sieve and coarse particles being discharged, thus completing the separation.
