Product description
The flat rotary screen is a highly efficient and precise screening
equipment. It features a horizontally installed circular screen
mesh that generates a smooth near-horizontal rotary motion during
operation, which can handle materials gently and effectively
prevent dust from flying. This equipment has high screening
accuracy and low noise, and is particularly suitable for screening,
impurity removal and classification of granular, powdered materials
with good fluidity and slightly damp materials. It is widely used
in the food, chemical, metallurgical and other industries.
Working principle
The power source of the planar cyclone sieve comes from the
vibration motor installed vertically at the center of the sieve
box. When the motor rotates, the eccentric weights at its upper and
lower ends generate a combined excitation force, driving the sieve
body to perform a horizontal circular reciprocating motion around
its axis on the horizontal plane. The materials on the sieve
surface are affected by this motion and move along the surface of
the sieve screen in a continuous spiral diffusion trajectory.
Particles smaller than the sieve hole diameter can then pass
through the sieve, thereby achieving efficient and precise
classification or screening.
