Working principle

The core of the vibrating screen achieves the screening action through the eccentric shaft drive mechanism: The motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate, causing the screen box to undergo a unique three-dimensional swinging motion - it includes both the horizontal circular motion along the screen surface and the vertical up-and-down throwing motion, which simulates the shaking and tossing actions of manual screening. This movement enables the materials to be evenly dispersed on the sieve surface and fully contact the sieve mesh. Materials smaller than the sieve holes can pass through the sieve quickly, while materials larger than the sieve holes are transported forward orderly along the sieve surface. This ultimately achieves efficient classification of materials of different particle sizes, while avoiding material accumulation and blockage of the sieve holes.
