Product description

Working principle
The rotary vibrating screen achieves separation through the
combined vibration generated by a specific structure. The equipment
is powered by an electric motor, which drives the eccentric block
to rotate, thereby generating multi-dimensional vibration forces.
This vibration force acts on the sieve body, causing the materials
on the sieve screen to perform a spiral jumping motion. During the
movement, the materials with diameters consistent with the sieve
screen's aperture will pass through the sieve and fall to the lower
layer, while the materials that do not meet the requirements will
continue to move along the sieve surface and eventually be
discharged through the discharge port, thereby achieving the
separation, impurity removal or filtration of the materials.
