The dust-free feeding station with integrated impurity separation
function is a core feeding equipment in industries such as
medicine, food, and chemical engineering. It integrates the
functions of dust-free feeding and impurity separation. During
feeding, through a sealed structure and negative pressure system,
dust is prevented from escaping, ensuring the working environment.
It is equipped with a screening component, which can simultaneously
filter out lumps and foreign substances in the raw materials,
improving the purity of the raw materials. The equipment is
compatible with various types of materials such as bagged and
barrel-packed ones. It is easy to operate and clean, taking into
account environmental protection, efficiency, and material quality,
and helps to achieve the intensification of production processes.
Working principle
The dust-free feeding station and dust removal integrated equipment
achieves its functions through the collaboration of three systems:
the closed space at the feeding port, the negative pressure fan and
filter material remove and retain the dust, preventing leakage; the
raw materials are sent to the screening component through the
guiding structure; the vibrating/rotating screen filters, and the
clean raw materials enter the downstream process, while stones and
other impurities are discharged from the dedicated outlet,
completing the continuous operation.
