Product description
The double-cone mixer is an efficient powder mixing equipment. Its
main body is composed of two conical cylinders connected together
and is driven by a motor to rotate around a horizontal axis. Its

Working principle
The working principle of the double-cone mixer is based on the
dynamic movement of the materials within the rotating cylinder to
achieve mixing. When the equipment is running, the motor drives the
double-conical cylinder to rotate at a constant speed around the
horizontal axis. The materials inside the cylinder are lifted to a
higher position as the cylinder rotates and then fall under the
influence of gravity. During the continuous rotation process, the
materials continuously undergo actions such as convergence,
dispersion, interlaced flow, and flipping within the two cones.
Through repeated changes in spatial positions, the initial
stratified state of the materials is broken, and finally, different
powders or granular materials are uniformly mixed.

equipment.
