traditional principle of gravity
potential energy and uses high-speed airflow as the carrier,
allowing powder
particles to be sprayed onto the screen with sufficient kinetic
energy to achieve
classification.
Taking advantage of the small and light mass of powder particles,
which are easy to
float and have good fluidity, they are fully dispersed into the, so
that the powder no
longer agglomerates, but moves with the airflow one by one. After
the material passes
through the spiral conveying system, it is mixed atomized with the
airflow and enters
the cylinder, and the material is subjected to centrifugal force
and cyclone thrust by
the wind wheel blades in the cylinder, thus the material to spray
through the net. The
fine material that can pass through the net is discharged from the
fine material
discharge port, and the oversized material that cannot through the
net is discharged
from the coarse material discharge port along the cylinder wall, so
as to achieve the
purpose of rapid screening.
