The vibrating screen is a high-precision fine powder screening machine, which works

by using a vertical motor as the excitation source. The upper and ends of the motor

are equipped with eccentric heavy hammers, which transform the motor's rotational

motion into three-dimensional motion in the horizontal, vertical, and inclined directions,

then transmit this motion to the screen surface. By adjusting the phase angle at the

upper and lower ends, the trajectory of the material on the screen surface can be

The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box and is driven by the motor

through the triangular belt to make the eccentric block of vibrator rotate at high speed,

which produces a large centrifugal inertial force to excite the screen box to produce a

circular motion with a certain amplitude. The material the screen is subjected to the

impulse transmitted by the screen box on the inclined screen surface, which produces

a continuous throwing motion. In the process of meeting with the screen, the particles

smaller than the screen holes are sieved, thus realizing the classification. The motion

trajectory of the material on the screen surface is a circle or an ellipse which makes the

material effectively sieved. Specifically, the material is thrown up and rolled on the

screen surface, and the fine material will gradually move to the bottom of material layer

and fall through the holes of the screen net, thus realizing the separation of materials

with different particle sizes.
