The linear vibrating screen uses the vibration motor excitation as
the source of
vibration, causing the material to be thrown up on the screen and
moving in a
straight line. The material enters the feed port of the screening
machine evenly from
the feeder, and through the multi-layer screen, it produces various
specifications
ofize and undersize materials, which are discharged from their
respective outlets. It
has low energy consumption, high output, simple structure, easy
maintenance, fully
enclosed structure no dust overflow, automatic discharge, and is
more suitable for
continuous operation
The linear vibrating screen is driven by two exciters. When the two
exciters rotate
synchronously and in the opposite direction, the exciting generated
by their eccentric
blocks cancel each other out in the direction parallel to the motor
shaft, and add up to
a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor.
Therefore, the motion
trajectory of the screen is a straight line. The two motor shafts
are at an angle relative
to the screen surface. Under the combined of the exciting force and
the weight of the
material, the material is thrown up and jumps forward in a straight
line on the screen
surface, thus achieving the purpose screening and grading the
material. It can be
used in production lines to achieve automated operations. It has
the characteristics of
low energy consumption, high efficiency, simple structure easy
maintenance, and fully
enclosed structure without dust emission. The highest screening
mesh number is 400,
and it can screen out 7 different particle sizes materials.
