Product description

The vertical screw conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment that realizes the vertical transportation of materials. Its core structure includes the drive unit, screw shaft, blades, material pipe, and inlet and outlet ports. It is suitable for conveying powdery, granular or small block-shaped materials (such as flour, grains, plastic particles, etc.), and is widely used in material lifting scenarios in industries such as agriculture, food, chemical engineering, and building materials. However, it has poor adaptability to materials with high viscosity and easy agglomeration, and the spiral parameters need to be reasonably designed according to the material characteristics to ensure the conveying efficiency.

Working principle

The drive device drives the spiral shaft and the blades to rotate within the vertical material pipe. The rotating blades will exert axial thrust and frictional force on the materials. This force can overcome the material's own gravity and the friction between the material and the inner wall of the pipe, thereby pushing the materials to move upward along the inner wall of the pipe. Eventually, the materials can be continuously transported vertically from the lower position to the higher position.
