Product description
The direct discharge screen is a device commonly used for screening granular materials. Its main body is usually a cylindrical or square screen box, with multiple layers of screens inside. After the materials enter the screen box through the feeding port at the top, they move forward along the screen surface in a straight line under the action of gravity and the vibration force generated by the vibration motor. Fine particles pass through the screens to become the underscreen material, while larger particles are discharged from the end of the screen box. It features high screening efficiency, compact structure, simple operation and continuous operation, and is widely used in the material classification treatment of the chemical, food, building materials and other industries.

Working principle
The direct discharge screen is driven by a vibrating motor to generate high-frequency vibration on the screen surface. Materials fall from the top and move in a straight line along the screen surface. Particles smaller than the screen mesh diameter pass through the screen to become under-screen materials, while particles larger than the mesh diameter are discharged from the end, achieving material classification. It features high efficiency and easy operation.
