Product description
The rotary vibrating screen is a device that achieves fine
screening of materials through the drive of a vertical vibrating
motor. The screen can be set in a graded manner according to the
particle size requirements. Materials spread in a spiral shape from
the center to the periphery on the screen surface. Particles
smaller than the screen holes pass through the screen to become
underscreen materials, while particles larger than the screen holes
are discharged along the edge. Combined with a bouncing ball and
other screen cleaning devices, it can prevent clogging. The
equipment features a compact structure, a screening accuracy of
over 95%, adjustable processing capacity, noise below 75dB, and
convenient screen replacement. It is widely used in scenarios such
as chemical pigment classification, food starch filtration, and
pharmaceutical raw material screening, especially suitable for dry
and wet screening operations of fine particle materials ranging
from 0.074 to 5mm.
Working principle
The core working principle of the rotary vibrating screen is to
utilize the three-dimensional vibration effect of the vertical
vibrating motor: when the eccentric weights at the upper and lower
ends of the motor shaft rotate at high speed, the upper weight
generates a horizontal circular vibration, causing the material to
spread on the screen surface, while the lower weight forms a
vertical jump, allowing the material to fully contact the screen.
The inclined thrust generated by the Angle difference between the
two pushes the material to move in a spiral along the screen
surface. After the material falls from the center, particles
smaller than the sieve holes pass through the screen to become
under-screen materials, while particles larger than the sieve holes
are discharged along the edge. By adjusting the eccentricity Angle
of the counterweight and the counterweight, the movement trajectory
of the material and the screening efficiency can be precisely
controlled.

little space and is equipped with standard devices such as bouncing
balls and ultrasonic waves for cleaning the screen, effectively
solving the problem of material clogging. It is suitable for
materials that are prone to clogging, such as flour and coatings.

equipped with rubber sealing rings, ensuring no dust leakage during
operation and meeting the hygiene standards of the food and

3. Convenient operation and maintenance
- Parameter adjustability: By adjusting the eccentric angles (0-90
°) of the upper and lower weights and the counterweights, the
material movement trajectory can be precisely controlled to meet
different screening requirements.
- Easy to replace and maintain: The quick-release screen frame
structure makes the screen replacement only take 5 to 10 minutes.
The aluminum alloy shell of the vibrating motor has good heat
dissipation, and the service life of the whole machine can reach 5
to 8 years. The operating noise is ≤75dB.

- Chemical industry: Grading of pigment powder, filtering
impurities in paint, and removing lumps from PVC resin powder.
- Food: Flour/starch screening and impurity removal, juice
filtration residue, condiment particle size classification.
- Pharmaceuticals: Particle size control of active pharmaceutical
ingredients powder, filtration of traditional Chinese medicine
extracts, and screening in compliance with GMP standards.
- Minerals: Quartz sand is classified by mesh size, oxide scale is
removed from metal powder, and raw materials for refractory
materials are screened.
- Building materials: Remove coarse particles from ceramic raw
materials, filter lumps from architectural coatings, and screen the
particle size of putty powder.
