Working principle
The dust-free feeding station, based on a sealed structure, builds an independent working space, isolating the feeding operation from the external environment and preventing dust from overflowing from the source. When the equipment is in operation, the fan starts to create a negative pressure environment within the station. Once the material is put in and causes dust to rise, the negative pressure will quickly draw it into the dust collection system, preventing the dust from accumulating and spreading within the station. The inhaled dust will enter a multi-stage filtration and purification device composed of bag filters, cyclone separators, etc. After being filtered layer by layer, the dust particles are effectively retained. The purified air is discharged after meeting environmental protection standards. Meanwhile, the screw conveyors, belt conveyors and other material conveying devices equipped in the station also adopt a sealed design to ensure that the entire conveying process from the feeding port to the designated position is dust-free. Through the coordinated operation of multiple links, the dual goals of efficient feeding and strict dust control are achieved.
