Working principle
The universal pulverizer relies on high-speed rotating tools or
hammers to apply impact, shearing and friction to the materials
entering the pulverization chamber to achieve pulverization. During
operation, the high-speed main shaft drives the components to
rotate at a high speed, instantly impacting and crushing the
materials. At the same time, the materials are further refined due
to the shearing force and friction between the cutting tools and
the liners. By regulating the feeding speed, rotational speed and
the aperture of the screen, the particle size of the output can be
precisely controlled. The crushed materials are discharged through
the screen to meet diverse production demands.
