Working principle
The working principle of the high-frequency screen is: it relies on
a high-frequency vibration motor as the power source, and the motor
drives the screen box to vibrate at high frequency. The vibration
of the screen box is made more stable and has a certain degree of
elasticity through the spring support or suspension system. Under
the effect of high-frequency vibration, the materials are thrown up
and move rapidly on the screen surface. Due to the high vibration
intensity, the materials can be quickly dispersed and stratified,
and fine particles can pass through the screen holes more easily,
thus achieving efficient screening operations. Meanwhile,
high-frequency vibration can also effectively reduce the phenomenon
of material blocking the screen holes, improving the screening
effect and accuracy.
