Working principle
When the universal crusher is in operation, the material enters the
crushing chamber through the feeding port. The high-speed rotating
rotor drives the blades to generate a strong centrifugal force and
impact force. The blade repeatedly cuts and impacts the material.
Meanwhile, under the action of centrifugal force, the material
constantly collides and rubs against the liner and the inner wall,
achieving initial crushing. During the crushing process, the fine
crushed materials are screened through the screen under the action
of air flow. The materials that meet the particle size requirements
pass through the screen and are discharged from the discharge port.
Larger particles that do not meet the standards remain in the
crushing chamber and are further crushed by the rotor and blades
until they pass through the screen, thereby achieving precise
control of the crushing particle size and meeting different
production requirements.
