Working principle
The vibrating motor is the power core when the rotary screen is
running. After the motor is started, the internal eccentric block
rotates with the motor shaft at high speed, and the centrifugal
force generated by the eccentricity drives the screen box to
vibrate. By the motor installation and eccentric block action, the
screen box to do plane circular motion. The material enters the
screen box from the feed port, and jumps and rolls continuously
under the movement of the screen surface. The material smaller than
the screen hole quickly passes through the screen to become the
material under the screen, and the material larger than the screen
hole moves to the discharge port to achieve efficient and accurate
screening.
