The linear screen, as the right-hand man in the screening
equipment, plays a vital role in industrial production. Its
appearance shows a relatively regular cuboid shape, compact and
reasonable structure. It is mainly composed of screen box,
vibration motor, shock absorber and other parts. When working, the
vibration motor generates exciting force, drives the screen box to
do reciprocating linear motion, and the material jumps forward on
the screen surface.
Linear screening precision is very high, can accurately screen out
different particle size of materials, widely used in mining,
chemical, food, medicine and many other fields. Whether it is fine
flour, or granular ore, it can efficiently complete the screening
task. And its large processing capacity, stable and reliable
operation, simple operation, maintenance is relatively easy,
greatly improve production efficiency, reduce labor costs, is an
indispensable screening tool in modern industrial production.
Working principle
When the linear screen is working, the vibration motor is used as
the core power source, and its internal eccentric block rotates at
high speed after energized operation. Because the center of gravity
of the eccentric block does not coincide with the center of the
motor shaft, centrifugal force will be generated, which will cause
motor vibration and transmit this vibration force to the screen
box. The screen box is connected with the frame by means of a shock
absorber such as a spring. Driven by the exciting force, the screen
box moves in a reciprocating straight line in a specific direction,
making the material on the screen surface subject to both forward
thrust and vertical vibration force. The material enters the screen
box from the feed port and continuously jumps and moves forward on
the screen surface under the action of vibration force. Due to the
difference in the size of the screen, the material particles
smaller than the size of the screen can fall through the screen to
the lower layer, and the material particles larger than the size of
the screen continue to move on the screen surface until they are
discharged from the discharge port, so that the separation of
materials of different sizes can be efficiently completed.
