Working principle

When the continuous vacuum feeder is working, the vacuum pump is the first to open, quickly extract the air in the vacuum hopper, so that the internal pressure of the hopper is rapidly reduced, forming a negative pressure environment. Under the action of negative pressure, the external atmospheric pressure "pushes" the material to the suction nozzle. The suction nozzle is like a strong suction "inlet", which sucks the material from the source such as the storage bin. After the material enters the suction nozzle, it is continuously transported to the vacuum hopper along the connecting pipe under the suction force generated by negative pressure. In the transportation, the filter plays an important role, it is like a fine "filter screen", the impurities in the material is blocked out, only allowing pure materials into the vacuum hopper. When the material in the hopper reaches a certain amount, the control system will adjust the working state of the vacuum pump according to the preset conditions to ensure that the whole feeding process is stable, continuous and efficient.
