Working Principle
The core structure of the V-shaped mixer consists of two cylinders
connected at a certain angle, forming a V-shaped cavity. At the
beginning of operation, the motor drives the V-shaped cavity to
rotate uniformly around the horizontal axis. The materials inside
the cavity are subjected to the combined action of gravity and the
centrif force generated by the rotation, and begin to move in a
complex manner. When one side of the cylinder rises, the materials
slide down due to gravity, while theugal force causes them to
spread out towards the cylinder wall; after the cylinder is
flipped, the materials are thrown into the other side of the
cylinder, continuing to roll and down and interweave repeatedly. In
this process, materials of different batches and properties are
constantly interchanging positions, mixing and blending with each
other, and finally uniform mixing, completing the efficient mixing
operation.
