Working principle
The screw conveyor achieves material transportation through the rotation of the spiral blade. When the driving device is started, the motor outputs power to drive the shaft and blade to rotate at high speed. In the screw conveyor with shaft, the material is pushed by the spiral blade and moves smoothly from the feed port to the port along the axial direction of the spiral shaft in the sealed machine shell; the shaftless screw conveyor, on the other hand, is the spiral body that directly pushes material forward in the conveying trough.
