Ton bag packaging machine is an automated equipment specially
designed for
packaging bulk materials such as fertilizers, ores, grains,
building materials, etc.
It can and precisely load materials into ton bags, and is widely

Firstly, the materials are conveyed from the storage to the feeding
device of the
packaging machine by gravity or mechanical means, and then the
weight the
materials is converted into electrical signals by the weighing
sensor and compared
with the set weight value to accurately measure the weight. After
manual assistance
or automatic bag loading, the opening is tightly clamped by the bag
clamping device,
and then the materials are filled into the ton bag according to the
characteristics of
the materials by gravity filling or filling. After the filling is
completed, the bag opening
is sealed by sewing or heat sealing, and finally the packaged ton
bag is conveyed to
the designated position by the device, and the whole packaging
process is completed.
