After the ton bag packaging machine starts working, the automated
mechanical device
quickly grabs the empty ton bag, accurately places it at the
filling position, completes
the bagging action. Subsequently, the materials stored in the silo
are steadily conveyed
to the filling port under the action of the spiral feeder or the
vibrating. In this process,
the high-precision weighing sensor equipped monitors the weight of
the materials in the
ton bag at all times, and transmits the data to the control system
without interruption.
When the weight reaches the preset value, the control system

immediately shuts down the feeding device to ensure precise
metering. After filling the
ton bag is sealed with sewing or heat sealing technology, and the
whole process is
automated, efficient and reliable.
